Does anyone else hate the smell of.....
Formula?
I have just started using it this week to mix with DD's rice and it just totally grosses me out...the smell of it really makes me gag and I dont have a weak stomach at all......
Do they all smell bad?
I am using similac.
Today I couldnt even bring myself to use it and mixed her rice with water instead....

OMG YES!!!!
My daughter is on Alimentium - its smells terrible - i can't wait till she is done w/formula - i was to gag everytime i give it to her - but she loves it. Doesn't know any better i guess!

Formula smells gross! Thank goodness I've only been using it once a day for DS's bedtime bottle, I usually have DH make that bottle for him ;) It tastes exactly like it smells too, I got curious and tried it.
I can't tell you whether my breastmilk tastes better though-- I don't have the courage to taste it :)

We are going on the plane in sept. and I told Dh if we have to taste it he is doing it! I don't think they will make us but just in case!

My daughter is on Similac too, and the smell makes me sick! I BF my son so I never knew it has a smell until recently.

Oddly enough it tastes like melon juice It is really sweet.

I thought I was one the only one who tasted breastmilk. It is actaully sweet. But formula nooo wayyy. It smells so gross and to think of it so does their poop. I would take runny bf poop over formula poop any day!

I heard the airlines will make you drink some of the baby bottle in front of them. The first thing I thought of was thank god DD is finished w/ formula. I could not stand the smell of that stuff.
Good idea having your husband do it.
