Highlights in Wantagh/Seaford/Levittown area...
Can anyone recommend someone who does a great job...but doesn't charge an arm and a leg? The place I have been going to just doesn't seem to get down to the roots and I have to go back for touchups way to soon.

I go to a woman who works out of her home in Plainview (she used to work at Nubest). She does mine and my sister's highlights and we love it! If you're interested, let me know and I'll FM you her info.

My friend goes to Who Does Your Hair which is in Bellmore on Merrick Rd- I have to say that her highlights always looks amazing!
