UPDATE On Baileys' Skin....DIAGNOSIS
well, apparently she has gnawed/licked next to her nubby tail so much that her fur is falling out and the spot is bare. There appears to be a rash or something.
We are taking her to the vet at 11am (well DH is)

May-be it is a Hot Spot....Sulfadene works wonders for this, but definetely best to bring Bailey to the Vet....hope she feels better soon!

DIAGNOSIS: skin allergies probably due to stress. She is on prendisone, some other antibiotic, and some supplement to sprinkle on her food that I'm trying to get her to eat.

she seems to be responding well to the meds
a little tough to get her to eat her food with the supplement granules on there, but with a few cheerios she was good to go!

Please watch her while she is on Prednisone. It will help her a lot, but can cause a lot of other problems too.
