cool or warm mist humidifiers?
I have a cool mist - is that ok to use in the winter?

thats what I use do to the fact that my daughters room is very hot and dry. I noticed that without cool mist on she gets stuffy and h er nose is all dry but the cool mist puts the moisture in the air and she doesn't snore and isn't stuffy

My ped. and the pharmacist at our drug store both said to use cool mist.

We use a warm mist humidifier... both are just fine, but the only difference is that the cool mist can have bacteria growth, so you need to clean it every few days
