put it into a slightly larger container of hot water, I used boiling water, but you are probably not supposed to.

Then drop a droplet on your wrist, if you can't feel it (ie its not too hot or too cold) its just right...should be like body temperature

Hot water in a bowl or you can use the micro start at 10-15 seconds then shake the bottle well and make sure you test it. Soem people don't like to do this because it heats unevenly. You can also buy powdrered formula and leave bottles of water at room temp and jusyt feed like that.
