okay got a positive OPK now what?
i had alot of cramping and pain today... i
should i continue to take OPK's for the next couples of days?
i will still BD for the next couple of days, but when should i re-do the OPK? i mean could i have ovulated yesterday or it will only predict in the next couples of days not after? and how can i tell what exact day i ovulated
