I got a prenatal massage
and it s@cked! I had to lay on my side and when laying on each side I felt like I created spasms instead of getting rid of them. I felt like she was lightly stroking my back...it was horrible. Is this the way they all are?

OH NO.
they didn't have special maternity table? It has a hole in it so you can fit your belly in it & lay on your stomach.
where did you go?

I'm sorry to hear that! Where did you go. I know at Edamame, they have the hole in the table. maybe something like that would be better.

I went to a really nice Spa in Florida. I asked about a whole in the table they said no. SO i assumed I just guessed that there would be such a thing.

that sounds disappointing. I've heard of the hole and some where they use pillows. You deserve a do-over. You should somewhere local to make up for your lousy one.

The only place I know is in Nassau (Bellmore). I might try to go next week when I'm in for my shower.

I went to Bethpage Health & Relaxation center in Bethpage and they had a maternity table. It was quite a nice massage. Actually it was a big pillow with a hole in the middle that they put on the table.
Also my sister used a place in Port Jeff, I can find out the info if that is close to you!
