What do you think of this idea for a shower??
As an activity to keep people busy I am thinking about buying plain white inexpensive onsies.. one for each guest and putting out different colored fabric markers and paints.
Let everyone decorate or put sayings on the babies onsies and the mom to be can use them when the baby comes.. .even if they are just for around the house
Cute or Corney?

It's cute...but not everyone's a good artist. I can just picture like a dozen badly scrawled on onesies. I wouldn't want that on my baby! LOL Maybe you can get some iron on shapes to minimize the drawing aspect? or have them all make different things.. a few bibs, a few onesies, a few blankies.
ETA: I just realized iron-on probably won't be convenient, but you can get inexpensive craft/fabric glue. If you go the paint route, make sure it's non toxic of course and not something the baby can peel off in pieces and eat (e.g puff paint)

I am going to check TJ Maxxx and target for packs on sale. BJ's is also pretty good.
