Dixie Chicks concert tonight at Jones Beach
Any one else going to be at the Dixie Chicks conert at Jones Beach? Don't think we will be needing jackets tonight.....hopefully it's a little cooler down by the water.....Any ways, to those of you going, have a great time  I'm very excited....I saw them a couple of years ago and was very impressed!! They put on a great show!!

Thanks so much.....well I just looked on the Jones Beach website and of course it doesn't say any thing on there yet....but if you guys hear of when it's going to be if you can let me know.....or I'll catch it on the news later. Thanks so much......I can't believe this. I hope they don't cancel the Goo Goo Dolls tomorrow night.....going to see that show too

The Dixie Chicks wanted their fans to enjoy it and not end up sick due to the heat....I am sure it will be rescheduled. As for the Goo Goo Dolls, I have not heard anything yet.

This made me laugh b/c they're from Texas - isn't it this hot like 200 days a year there?  But then again they probably perform inside there, just made me chuckle b/c it was so ironic.

I think it was more for the fans then them.
They just had it on the news that it is postponed.

Awwww I'm sorry...that stinks!!! I know, I was looking so forward to this myself and I was going with my mother and father...LOL....Mom and I were dragging my father....would've been a nice night out...but oh well. Hopefully they reschedule soon!!
