Pre-Natal (sp) Vitamins?
Anyone take pre-natal vitamins before getting pregnant? If so, how long before did you start taking them? And do they really help? TIA

I took it 3 months before I got pregnant on my ob/gyn's recommendation.
eta. They didn't help me get pregnant unless you count having better hair & longer nails for DH.

They don't help with getting pregnant they just help your body be prepared with folic acid and such for when you do get pregnant.
I started about 3 months before I got pregnant.
