I always say 3 but not totally for sure...they vary in size so much

1 large = 3
1 medium = 2
1 small = 1.5
1 pound = 8.5
1 ounce = 0.5
1 cup = 3.5
COOKED YAMS
1 large = 4
1 pound = 10
1 ounce = 0.5
1 cup = 3.5
