So my parents own two houses. We live on the top floor of the house next door that my parents own. Now in the yard of this house there is a fench that has been up there for years and years. My parents decided to finally take it down and put up a brick wall.

Now the neighbors are being reall ball breakers about it. They are from Bangladesh I beieve. Anyways at first they were complaining saying that it was their fench. See the properties are attached so it looks like it's their fench but it's not. We showed them this line on the side of a wall and the pipeline of the fench is on our side. So we explained and showed it to them. The guy saw it and said that we were right. Now my parents put up the brick wall and the neighbor told the workers that did the wall that he was going to call an engineer because he's claiming that the wall is going into his side of the property.

I told my mom that as soon as see the guy next door, whether it's him or his wife or one of their kids. I will say that if he calls an engineer that I will have to call immigration and tell them about the 30 illegal mexican immigrants they had living in their upstairs apartment. We can be ball breakers too...
