BTDT Mom's...I'm 2cms dialated...what do you think?
I found out yesterday that Im 2cm dialated and 60% effaced.
What do you think? When do you think I might go?
I'm praying to have her soon so I dont have to have a c-section.

 Congrats!
I was 2 cm and 95% 3 weeks before my EDD and they induced me a few days later. When they examined me before inducing they said I was 3cm and 100% and contracting. My Dr. said that I would go any moment if he wasn't inducing me that day.

I was 2cm and 100 effaced for almost 3 weeks. I still went 1 week early though.

My friend was just about that at 3 weeks left and she went a few days later. She went 2.5 weeks early. Whereas my other friend was 3cm and 80% for almost 2-3 weeks and went pretty much on time to her due date....so I guess you just dont know.

I was 3cm and 75 effaced for 3 weeks...I truly believe that every body and every pregnancy is different. I dont even think the dr's can tell you when you will go into labor. I have heard of women not dialated at all and a few hours later they are 4cm and are in hard labor. Best of luck to you

Hate to say it could be tomorrow or it could be 3 weeks from now. Unfortunately that really means nothing. Hopefully its sooner rather than later so you can meet your little girl.

Everyone's different...I was 2 cm and 90% for about 2 weeks...then I went on my due date good luck!!!
PS - the cs wasn't so bad!

I was at least 2 cm dilated for a month and my DS actually arrived a week late. Hopefully, for your sake your little girl will come soon!

Well, I don't know...my sister walked around for weeks very dilated and effaced...at least 3 cm/75%. She never did make it to her due date because she elected to be induced a week early.
The bottom line from reading the pregnancy/parenting boards is...you NEVER know!

Sending you labor vibes - how exciting!!!
I wasn't even 2 cms dilacted till 5 days past my due date and then i was induced because god knows how long it would take after that - so i can't answer the question.
If she is in position - the odds of you having a C-section is low(er) - since she is big enough now, it will be hard for her to flip on you.
You can definitely go before your due date - i would suggest doing lots of walking!!
