Pumpkin Pie recipes for the cooking impaired
Ok, last year I promised - this year I'm going to attempt it...to make a pumpkin pie. I know the best bakeries for them and am willing to knock the crust around so it looks like I baked it...
If you have a good recipes (a very specific recipe - no dash of this or that - remember I'm cooking impaired), please help!
I can only make 2 things...lasagna & meatballs and that's only if someone else does sauce...so best pumpkin pie recipes, anyone?
Thanks!

The Libby's canned pumpkin usually has the recipie on the can. It is pretty easy to make if you use the frozen prepared pie crusts.
