Anyone on South Beach diet??
How did it work for you? Have your tried the meals they have now? etc.

I am on it, just finished my first week and lost 4 pounds. I have not tried the meals yet since they are mostly for phase 2 and 3

Day 2 of week 2, I am down about 8 pounds, DH about 10.
I didnt even know they made meals. Hmmmm...

I did it and lost about 10 pounds before my wedding. I did combine it with exercise. Done properly, it def works!
