It means that the Shed is not figured in to the listing price. They probably don't have a permit for it.
Thats their way of protecting themselves because if the town wants you to remove the shed... you can't go to the seller and say "well take off $1000 off the price now" because it was listed as a gift.

I figured it was becasue they did have the c/o, but it was just funny the way they worded it.

30 minutes- no freakin way- from westbury it took us 1hour- we were just there 2 weeks ago. It is past smithhaven mall- its out there, but its sooooooo beautiful there too!!!!!

definitely NOT 30 minutes...even if you drive 80+MPH.
I am at exit 57 and it takes me at least 45 minutes to get to work..
