Galley Kitchen Suggestions
We are redoing our kitchen in a few weeks and are just trying to finalize a few last minute things. It is a galley kitchen in a co-op and I was wondering if anyone any good suggestions for making the most of the space - especially storage-wise. We are putting the microwave over the stove, but I can't figure out anything else we can do to really make the most of the small space.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! TIA!!!

Put cabinets upto your ceiling. I think they are called 42 inch ceilings. You don't need the wasted space from the soffits.

Re: Galley Kitchen Suggestions
My kitchen remodel starts this week - we have a co-op and a galley kitchen. I am getting the cabinets up to the ceiling, micro w/ self ventilation w/ slide in range. I am getting all white w/ black granite & subway tiles. I didn't go w/ wood b/c I personally felt like it made the kitchen look smaller.
Oh - and the fridge is counter-depth. This way it's streamlined.
Good Luck!
