Thank you for your thoughts to my last post, I finally made a decision.
I spoke to the dr today and he said everything looked great for me, but he said my lining measured 7.5 and he would like it to measure 8. Other than that, he said everything looked good he does want me to take Femara for this month though. He did say that he would have no problem doing another IUI then sitting with me and my dh and going over the whole IVF procedure,
g-d forbid I need it. In the meantime I am drinking cup of green tea a day and wishing for the best.
I know I said I wanted to try naturally, but I think its best given my age (40), that I take a more aggressive approach. Thank you for all your support and baby dust to all of you.

I agree that with your age and your DH's issues, waiting or trying naturally might not be your best option.
