TTC & Losing Weight
Presently TTC (just started really), and just wondering about dieting at the same time. Gained back 10 pounds that I lost last year on Weight Watchers that I would really like to lose (but if I become pregnant, I would happily stop & not care about those pounds or more to come!!!). Should I be trying to lose those 10 pounds by walking and dieting (I love WW, it makes me eat soooo healthy to lose the weight).

I wouldn't stress too much over it - but healthy eating and def. walking can only make you more healthy and help with the TTCing and if you lose a few pounds great! But I wouldn't do any radical dieting if you are TTCing. I would just watch what you eat and maybe try to get more active and take more walks or go to the gym more.

I am still doing weight watchers to try to maintain my weight lose. I am also doing because it kind of forces me to eat heallthier. I think that it would be good if you just focus on eating healthy and walking. You may lose the extra weight, but I would be too concerned about it.

Thanks ladies, kind of what I figured but good to hear other points of view! And I agree, I eat the most healthy when I'm following Weight Watchers too!!! Good luck everyone!!
