Good Books?
Hi ladies! Can any of you suggest any good books on planning to conceive - not how to but on getting your body healthy and ready and what to do in the 2ww etc? I'm clueless and really don't want to screw up! I looked on Amazon and there are just so many books so if you could tell me which ones you've read or heard are good i would really appreciate it!

Taking Charge of Your Fertility is the fertility bible :) That book will really explain a lot to you.
As far as getting your body prepared, the PH Balance Diet, is a good book.
However, really there is nothing to do in the 2ww except wait...and try to keep busy with things that distract you.
