Dumb cooking question
I have a recipie that calls for boneless pork shoulder roast, I have boneless pork loin. Are they interchangeable? Think I can use it for crock pot pulled pork?

Poork Loin doesn't really have the shredding quality as the shoulder does.Loin is more for slicing into medallions etc. hth
I'm was thinking you meant tenderloin.

I know girls on a WW board that I read shred the loin in the crock pot all the time because it's lower in fat.
