constant fatigue and headaches?
Does anyone else suffer from this? I am ALWAYS tired, even when I first wake up, and I get headaches everyday. This has been going on for months now, I can't even remember when it started. I have a Dr. appointment tomorrow, but I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

Get it checked out. Slim chance it could be thyroid related.

make sure you when you get blood work, every test is ran. DW suffered from headaches and some fatigue and we end up with platellette (sp) problem

What is this? I never heard of it. I don't think its SAD, because I felt like this in the spring/summer too. Its been going on for as long as I rememember, but its getting worse and I am sick and tired (no pun intended) of it!

Re: constant fatigue and headaches?
I would definitely go for bloodwork - it could be anything. You could be low on iron, have a poor diet, allergies, etc.
I suffered from fatigue and headaches in high school and was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome (then it was called epstein barr), anemia and migraines.
Feel better...

You may be dehydrated. It sounds silly or simple...but I had a similar thing going on...doubled-tripled my water intake and it changed my life.
It's an easy thing to change...so worth a try maybe!
Feel better

Re: constant fatigue and headaches?
I honestly could have written your post. I have been having mild headaches to killer migraines (makes me sick to my stomach its so bad at times) and am constantly tires. My first thought every m,orning is that i cant wait to get home to nap! What kind of Dr. are you going to see? I tried to get a neurologist appt. and they cant see me until April!
