my dog ate
My dog stole 2 raw hamburgers off the counter. I am so nervous he is going to get really sick. Did this ever happen to anyone.

Re: my dog ate
He most likely won't get sick unless the meat was really rotten. My dog has jumped up on the counter and ate things he wasn't suppose to and never got sick from it.

Re: my dog ate
I was just worried about this same thing. DH cooked burgers on the BBQ - and gave Molly some pieces that I thought were way too rare.
Just watch him tonight and see how he's acting. He should be fine though!

Re: my dog ate
I think dogs' digestive systems can handle raw meat (after all, that's what they would eat in the wild). If you're really concerned maybe just give your vet a call for some peace of mind.

Re: my dog ate
Raw meat isn't a problem (unless it's bad meat). Dogs can eat raw meat diets, so I wouldn't worry.
