whats your resting heart rate?
ive been reading about it on line and it says if your fit then it should be low but mine is 88. and i exercise everyday

Mine is about 78. it all depends on my cafeine intake at the time. That is about my average lately.
Don't worry about it. everyone is different. I'ts not like yours is 90 or above.

I just took my pulse and its 54 beats per minute.

I just took my pulse and its 54 beats per minute.
for 15 seconds count the pulse in your neck and times it by 4

do u workout? if u do then its great!!! your heart doesnt have to work so hard
