If anyone was watching Good Morning America last week - they had a segment on selling your house - in the end they had an open house, only had three prospective buyers, and no one made an offer (price was reduced $20K).
and the house was on GMA every day last week! who else can get exposure like that and NOT sell??

So true we are afraid to put and offer on a house we like because the market may fall even more! I don't want to pay more for a house because that number will never change!
