Flying tips

I will be doing some flying in the very near future. Any tips for me?

When I made my reservations online, the bulk-head seats were already taken....think they will give me one when I check-in if I ask and bump someone else? Also..what about security...is it ok to walk through the x-ray machine?

Re: Flying tips

I went throught the x-ray machine my dr. said it was fine. Just make sure you get up and move around at least once during the flight to keep the circulation going. That should be no problem if you are drinking lots of fluids as the bathroom will be your home away from home. Chat Icon

Re: Flying tips

drink lots and lots of water.
sit in the aisle seat so you can get up easily.
i tried to do the bulkhead thing- flew continental and they really didn't care that I was pregnant or not- they save them for their "elite" members.

Bring lots of water and snacks just in case the flight is longer then you anticipated. Where comfy shoes and DON"T take them off. You won't be able to get them back on.
