Made An Offer..bid was accepted!!!
DH and I have been looking at houses since Oct/Nov. But we haven't found the right one. In Jan we put an offer in, started the paperwork but realized that they weren't very cooperative with the appropriate CO's and stuff like that, so we decided not to go through with it.
Well we drove past a house today...had the agent show us...and we fell in love. It's perfect!! We did some negotiating. The price was listed at 349 we said 330, they said 340. An engineer is coming in tomorrow to inspect the house!! WISH US LUCK!!!
The house was totally redone. It's a cape with 3 bedrooms 1 bath full base in Suffolk!!!

Thanks!! I am hoping all goes well. DH and i have been looking for a few months now, and since I am 5 mths pregnant, we would like to be in something sooner than later!
