Dry Skin

Emily is getting a lot of dry skin. Mostly it's really bad on her feet/ankles, and hands/wrists, but she also has it mildly around her eyes. I was using Johnson's baby lotion on her hands/feet and it got WAY worse. We were also using Johnson's head to toe body wash.

I switched to Avenno body wash and Gerber Oatmeal lotion which is a little better but she is still a little dry. Also I don't want to put any lotion around her eyes so I don't know what to do for that!

Maybe she has really sensitive skin? Is there a good brand for that that I should try? What can I use around her eyes? She gets all peely around there and I feel bad for her!

Re: Dry Skin

When Logan first came home he was sooooooooooooo dry and scaly. The Dr said to use Aquaphor, Eucerin or Cetaphil. I'm not sure if I would use anything around the eyes though.

Edited to say: J&J baby lotion has such a fragrance I was afraid to use it, that's what probably made it worse

Re: Dry Skin

I use Cetaphil for myself and for Nate. It's like $10 a bottle but it's worth it.
