Like new, custom couch & chair for sale
I'm selling them for my sister. There's less than a year old, but she's redecorating..
The couch is a gorgeous butterscotch chenille textured fabric - very comfy!
dimensions - 85" Long x 35" High x 37" front to back (seat 22" Deep)
Asking $600 obo

The chair is a fern upholstery with modern lines, asking $250 obo
dimensions - 25" Long x 35" High x 33" front to back (seat 22" Deep)

Perfect condition, less than a year old - no wear, stains, tears or rips.

Do you know - who manufactured the chair and is it green or more blue? I could not tell in the photo.

its more green, the color is called Fern. I believe she had them made by Segermans on 110.

WOW...I love it! My love seat barely made it in, so especially the chair...if it's green, it would so go in our new place.....but, we have no spare funds after this move.
