1 Year Wedding Anniversary Cake-Question
Our 1 year wedding anni is 10/9, When should I take my cake out of the freezer to defrost in the fridge? So we can have a stale piece of cake on our anni

Oh, good question! Ours is coming up too. I know it will taste terrible, which is too bad because I loved our wedding cake- chocolate with cannoli cream inside and whipped cream frosting.

We just went through this. It was at my mom's- she defrosted a day or two before we were going to eat it. It really didn't taste bad at all- it wasn't stale. I didnt' swallow, but DH did and he was fine.

mmmm, ours was chocolate cake, with raspberry and chocolate mousse filling with whip cream. It was sooo good, the only thing i actually sat down and ate at the wedding! I hope it's still yummy! Maybe dh will surprise me and ask villa where they got their cake last year and get me a fresh one!
