Tummy sleeping..
What happens to the baby when you sleep on your stomach???
I am 28 weeks and I still tend to roll over on my stomach. Some nights I wake up and turn over but other times, I find myself in that position when I wake in the morning. Am I squishing her???? I keep forgetting to ask my doctor.

I don't think you are squishing her. She is well protected in there.
Besides she is probably fussy enough to kick ya if she is uncomfortable.

Re: Tummy sleeping..
My Dr said your body is a machine and it will let you know when it is no longer time to sleep on your back, so I am assuming the same goes for your belly.

Re: Tummy sleeping..
I slept on my belly until I physically couldn't anymore, and it honestly wasn't THAT long ago. The dr. said it was fine as long as I was comfy.

Re: Tummy sleeping..
I just read in mybabycenter update that as a pregnant women, you should sleep HOWEVER you can. Yes, some positions are "better" but in the grand scheme, getting rest is what counts the most!
