Cold Sore HELP????
Just wanted to make sure..Can I use something for my mouth? Like Abreva? Please help. THis thing looks like the size of Montana!!!!

Of course you can use Abreva. I use Denivir which is wonderful but it's a prescription. Abreva is probably the best over the counter medication for cold sores.
