Ok, I'll be the first one to openly admit that I don't like it. I'm not into the "castle" look.  Just not my style. 
 
$41000 a month is less than 1/2 mil a year...that's a bargain!

I don't like it either - I didn't like the one in Port Jeff either...both are too ostentatious for my taste.

what blew me away was the $41,000 estimated mortgage payment.
And being the Montclair is in Essex County (where I live), I can't imagine what the taxes are! Essex County is notorious for high taxes!

That house is not far from where I live. The taxes are over $90K a year for that house...I am not crazy about the house either. I much prefer the Head of the Harbor house that someone just posted!
