We closed today!!!
took 2.5 hours, lots of signing but not too bad...
it still feels really surreal, I can't believe we are homeowners!! 
FH said it will really hit him when Febuary comes (our first mortgage payment lol)
... moving in on Sunday.. yes we found movers to move us ON christmas day!

thanks everyone... it does feel great!
I kept on waking up during the night making sure it isn't a dream! ... we have big plans for our little home already
