WW Ladies - Need Your Help!
I decided to start again yesterday (on my own)!
It's been a long time since I've been on WW - the last three years or so, any diet I've been successful on was no carb, but can no longer do that.
Going to give WW a try again.
What are the low-point foods (besides veggies) that fill you up the most?
Any other hints?
Thanks!
ETA - another question - is a piece of pizza still 6 points - I know there's been a lot of back and forth on this over the years...
Thanks!

Re: WW Ladies - Need Your Help!
Hey! The more high fiber foods I find are more filling. Whole wheat bread, etc.
For breakfast I found that Raisin Bran keeps me full til lunch...I was eating Cheerios and starving an hour later.
I love the 100 calorie snack packs for a portion controlled "bad" 2 point snack.
Good luck!

Re: WW Ladies - Need Your Help!
Thanks Beth.
Another question that I never knew the answer to - I eat a ton of veggies (I know - good) - but will 0 point veggies ever cost you points depending on how much you eat?
For example - 1 cup of broccoli is 0 pts - but if I eat 3 cups as one serving - is it still 0 points?
Thanks!!
BTW - I LOVE Raisin Bran!!!!

My leader said that if you eat a lot to count it as a point. I would probably count 3 cups of broccoli or carrots as a point. Good luck! I have to start writing down again.

Re: WW Ladies - Need Your Help!
A regular slice of pizza is still 6 points. Well it was a few months ago, anyway.
