Yay- my tree and decorations are up!
Couldnt put up all my ornaments & we had to get a fake/smaller tree this year because of RJ- but Im happy! (at least I wont be cleaning up pine needles everyday this year)

Is RJ attacking the tree?
We put ours up last night and Emily was pulling ALL of the ornaments off. We ended up putting that huge gate that is like a hexagon around it and it looks ridiculous but it was all that we could do!
She also loves shredding garland!  
Your tree really looks beautiful.
Can I ask what setting I need to have the camera on to capture it? I can't get a picture of mine to come out right.

RJ has been pretty good with the tree- we really dont have any ornaments on the lower half of the tree, and the ones we do are like little snowflake things that arent on hooks- he's grabbed it a couple of times- but its not a big deal...
Im staying on top of him w/ it- I dont think we will be needing a gate around it...
I used ribbon as garland (as you can see) so I wont have the shredding problem!
As far as the camera setting- mine has a night time setting and thats the one I used!

Maybe I can convince Dh that we should take the garland off and do the ribbon instead --- he loves garland, he says a tree isn't complete without it. I think it's kinda ugly but not worth a dispute --- but if I can convince him that it'll be better for Emily he'll probably go with me on it...
I'll try the night setting and see what I come up with. I think I also need to hold the camera really still because it comes up blurry.
