Advice Needed (co-op related)
Ok, so we're trying to get the co-op board crapola settled before Christmas since we've locked in our rate and have to close by Feb 13th to keep it.
I have been trying to reach the stupid management company that handles my co-op complex because I need standard forms from them in order to get the committment letter from the bank (we've been approved for the mortgage, the co-op now has to be), which we need to send in our co-op board application. I have left FIVE MESSAGES and no one has gotten back to me. I just did a reverse lookup of the phone number and got their address. Would it be really crazy of me to go into their office?

No, just be nice to them I would go, you are under time restrictions and sometimes they only meet once/month, you need to get your paperwork in order, I think it will be ok. Good luck!

I know!! hhaha. I want to rant and rave but I know that'll get me no where since I have to deal with them for a long time to come. You should hear my messages - I'm sweet as pie and basically BEGGING them to call me back.
Thanks girls - I think I'll go by today.
(Cheryl - how are you feeling?? You're pretty far along now!)

Re: Advice Needed (co-op related)
I pretty much did the same thing but be patient, it will work out at the end. Alot of the backend stuff was done by Broker..so i really didnt need forms from them unless we need to phycically fill something out. Of course, they sent those because they want us to buy...
