websites besides MLSLI?
Im looking for two family houses around LI and would like to look through some websites. I dont know where to start searching..just looking..any ideas?

alot of people dont like it but www.foxtons.com I like that they show alot of pictures

Check out web sites for Real Estate Agencies in the locations you desire. They may have exclusives.

IMO MLSLI has been the best but i also check out realtor.com the RE/MAX and Coach websites too

thanks! We are trying to get an idea of prices right now. Months ago ( about 5 months) I found a lot in our price range on MLSLI, now I find NOTHING.
We are looking for a two family house, or something with an apt. in it or at least a finished basement we can work on for less then $450,000 ( would LOVE less then $400,000) in the Lindenhurst, Babylon,Deer Park area.
IF anyone hears of anything, please let us know! TIA

i think it is going to be very hard to find a two family home in the 400K range...
You might be able to get a home with an apt. for that much...

thanks Jenn! I dont like the 1st one at all, but I know where the 2nd one is( a coupld of cblocks over from us) , Im worried because its been for sale FOREVER, but I think Im going to look into seeing it. THANKS
