Need Breakfast/Brunch Suggestions!
We are doing a May Breakfast/Brunch at work on May 1. We are all bringing in something. I need some kind of creative ideas...I do not like eggs...so I would rather not make anything that tastes like Eggs....
I was thinking of possibly doing a caesar salad, but I want to bring in something else too..
so far we have an egg bake, pancakes, sausage, baked beans, bagels...

What about different kinds of muffins? Corn muffins, blueberry muffins, chocolate chip muffins, etc.

Muffins are a good suggestion, or any type of quick breads like Bananna, carrot, maybe a cofee cake or some type of bar like raspberry oatmeal, apricot, etc.

go to bisquick.com...I was just there yesterday...I want to make the granola muffins and the cinnamon raisin biszuits/muffins!

I love the breads, banana, pumpkin, zuchini breads...mmmm. I like them even better than muffins.
What about a potato dish - like hash browns or au gratin or something?
