looking to lose some pounds...
I love how everyone is posting their menus for the day...
where do I start?? i am looking to lose some pounds and need a big push!!

Join us over on Azoodie's post. I think for the most part we're WW people, but it definitely helps us stay on track.

I am a lifetime member. I did go to a center, but once I hit lifetime, I tried to do it on my own. After gaining all of my weight back, I knew I could not do it on my own, so I opt to go to a center for the support.
