We just got back from seeing a "TLC" condition house
TLC?

omg it was the worst I have seen yet, and I've seen a lot of bad ones!
it was just horrible. the old lady who lived there was the original owner and never updated anything. (since 1949) the place was filthy and there were bugs crawling all over the place the kitchen had 3 cabinets I think and 2 feet of counter space, that's it! plaster was coming off on some of the ceilings and the carpet looked to be at least 30 yrs old 
the nicest thing about it was the neighborhood. but for that price? forget it

yea right lol
it's a very desireable area and walking distance to the beach. it's a very small community which is also closed knit. I know someone at work who lives in Bayport (same SD) and she absolutely LOVES the area and raves about the schools. she's also loaded, unlike us! 
it will sell, for less - probably to a contractor who will gut it and be able to sell it for 1/2 a million minimum.

My house was in "Diamond Condition"............who's crappy diamond may I ask?? We had to resheetrock the walls!!  TLC means rip down and start over!!
