the worst leg cramp ever...
SO I woke up this morning hysterical crying because I had the worst leg cramp in my claf that i have ever felt. i drank some oj and water and for an hour my husband tried to massage it out.. I was able to walk a little...
I took a nap this afternoon and when I woke up it was back even worse then this morning...
I can't even walk.. I am so upset too because I was supposed to go out w/ a bunch of my girlfriends but really can't stand..
Has this happpened to any of you and if so how did you fix it????
I have ben gay on now and that is still not working..

I feel your pain!!! i had them every night when I was pregnant. I can finally stretch my legs 7 weekS LATER AFTER MY LITTLE JACK ARRIVED!!!

Try eating a banana. The potassium may help relieve the cramping.
