We are doing our walk-through tonight!!
What are some things we should look out for?
What should we be checking besides the usual appliances....??

Flush all the toilets, run all the water facets - hot and cold, turn on the heat and a/c, check the windows and around them for leaks, turn on all the applicances. Plug things in to empty outlets, go in the attic and look for water damage, leaks, etc...do the same in the basement.

Definitely try all the light fixtures, turn on every switch. The day we closed, we went into the bathroom and tried a light switch in the bathroom that we hadn't before and lo and behold we had the start of a fire
Same as above, try the outside faucets as well as the inside.
