Beautiful!!! Just a question though, what's up with the mirrored backsplash? Wasn't that a PITA to keep clean?

Everything looks fantastic! Great progress.
What color did you use in the dining room. Did you put in the chairrail and paint the bottom black or did yuo put in wainescoating and painted it?
