Dining room walls, what do you have hanging?
I have 2 cafe pictures, but want to add something to another wall. I was thinking of hanging plates? I recently saw gorgeous red & white plates with red & white ribbon they were hanging from, and I forget where I saw them!

My sister has small cherry wood shelves with old antique plates and candlesticks resting on them. It looks so nice. I'l lsee if I can find pics from my baby shower.

i just have a big painted canvas hanging...
mirrors look really nice and i love your idea of hanging plates

Our goal is to put up crown molding half way down the wall on one wall (to be shelf like) and then rest 2 paintings our friend made for us
