Don't know what's wrong
i'm watching what i eat, go to the gym. each week its gain 1 lb lose 1lb. gain 2 lose 2. i'm on such a plateau that i don't know how to get off. we even change my routine at the gym. does anyone have any advice or pointers to help me

I was plateau-ing last week something fierce. I brought more veges and fruits into my diet & eliminated 2 carbs/grains per day. SO far ti ahs worked.
Hang in their, everyone plateaus

In the past when I've plateau'ed I had to change my eating habits. Definitely more fruits & veggies..less carbs too.

I had this happen when I was loosing weight on WW. Eat 5-6 small meals instead of 3 meals a day and drink more water.

it is hard to tell you what to change if we don't know what it is that you are doing.
what is your diet on a typical day? what are you eating exactly? what is your workout schedule?

I'm at a stand still right now also. I'm increasing the work outs and drinking more water. It worked last week so I hope it works this week also.

Cut out cheese! The best cheese to have if you have to is mozarella. This is what my nutritionist told me, also limit yourself on carbs- if you have to 1/2 a sweet potato, or 1/2 cup of brown rice maybe 1-2 times a week if you really have to have it. be careful of your sugar intake- and pep up your workout routine, if you exercise for 30 minutes, add 15 minutes more to it.
