Leg Cramps
My legs ache at night. Does anyone have any suggestions how to relieve the pain?

i think the only thing you really can do is elevate them. I know how you're feeling...this was happening to me a lot a few weeks ago and I slept with 2 pillows under me legs. It helps!!

Someone told me to eat a banana (potassium) and drink milk (calcium). I did both things and the leg cramps did not get much better. Maybe you can try it?

I increased my water and have been trying to eat more banana's...it seems to be helping a bit.

On top of these things - I used to put a pillow between my legs and it helped
