How do you make crab meat and cheese? What kind of cheese? Do you heat it? Sounds good!

Re: Finger food
Here is the sausage roll recipe. I can't wait to eat them this weekend. Enjoy!
Sausage Rolls 1 Medium Onion Chopped 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil 1/2 Pound Lean Bulk Sausage Crumbled 1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste or Ketchup 1 Teaspoon Fresh Lemon Juice 1 Package (8 Ounces) Crescent Roll Dough 1 EGG YOLK BEATEN Combine onion and oil in 1-quart glass or microwave proof bowl and microwave on high for 4 minutes. At pause stir and add sausage to bowl. Place in microwave on hi for 3 minutes. Drain off fat. Next stir in tomato sauce (or ketchup) and lemon juice and set aside. Position rack in upper part of oven preheated to 400 degrees. (Can be done in convection microwave or cooked in oven) Line bottom of 9X13 inch glass baking dish with aluminum foil and grease foil. Cut pastry into 4 rectangles. Divide sausage mixture into fourths and spread down center of dough. Brush edges of pastry with the beaten egg. Fold pastry over and enclosing sausage mixture completely. Cut each into 1 inch pieces. Brush tops with egg. Arrange in prepared dish. Cook at 400 F for 8 Minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot
