Uh..why can't I check my mail?
A screen pops up asking for my password. It keeps saying this...

my mom has verizon and she was having the same problem! Try calling them.

Problem with yoiur password. you will have to call them most likely
try webmail if you want

I went to optonline.net to check it and it says invalid password...
