It depends on my mood, unfortunately. Usually I will do a combo of healthy and unhealthy. If I'm just craving the bad stuff I order the smallest available usually the kids meal.

I just don't go...
The stuff they pass off as healthy is just as bad as the burgers & fries.
ETA: Watch the movie Supersize Me....You'll know just what I'm talking about. Those salads & Fruit & Yogurt things they pass off as being healthy are just as bad if not worst than the burgers & fries & coke combined.

That's me too  Occasionally, we stop if we are on the road, and I was curious what other people do. I do get salads at Wendy's though.

I'll get a cheeseburger at McD's but have it with a side salad with FF Italian. I also love their fruit and yogurt parfaits and will often get them for a snack or lunch.

I usually dont go either, but if I do I usually order healthy like a grilled chicken from Wendys or Fruit n Yogurt Parfait from McDonalds.

When DH goes through the drive through--ususally wkends for that 'treat' of junkfood....i just get a small diet coke, and he orders multiples (and he is not fat), and then I take a bite of his. Yes, just a bite! But, then it turns out to be 2 bites, or 3....then I should have just gotten myown. LOL. But really, quite often, the one bite does the trick!

I get the unhealthy stuff. I only get fast food maybe once a month, so..
Sometimes I'm good and I forgo the fries and I go home and cook some vegies from the fridge, but usually i go for the fish sandwich and the fries!
